Sauce for Spaghetti Squash

1lb grass-fed beef 
1 tsp walnut oil
2 cups chopped tomatoes 
6oz pure tomato paste
6 oz coconut milk 
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
(you can use fresh onion and garlic, I was lazy and didn't want to chop it all up, lol) 
3 tsp Italian seasoning 
*sea salt and pepper to taste 

Add the oil to the pan, brown the beef on a medium- low heat. 
Add in the tomatoes once the beef is browned. Then add in the rest of the ingredients. Lower the heat so that everything simmers for about 10 minutes. 

Once finished place on top of warm spaghetti squash
