Jackie must haves! (these are ALWAYS in stock at my house. these are my basics)

- chicken
- ground beef/turkey
- ahi tuna/salmon/tilapia
- frozen blueberries (no sugar added on anything frozen)
- frozen strawberries
- apples
- oranges
- onions
- tomatoes
- eggs
- coconut milk (canned)
- almond flour
- coconut flour
- olive/coconut oil
- nuts: walnuts/almonds
- frozen peppers/onions
- frozen asparagus
- frozen broccoli
- sea salt almond butter
- an array of Mrs. Dash, sea salt, and I always keep my spice rack full but the ones I used most are:
- garlic/onion powder
-chili powder
-cinnamon
-italian seasoning
-basil
-oregano
- maple syrup
- organic honey
- flax meal
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- sumatra coffee
- garlic

Other things I like to buy but don't ALWAYS have them in stock at my house: 


- spaghetti squash
- tomato paste: no other ingredients added
- zucchini
- canned pumpkin
- coconut crystals
- creamed honey
- bananas
- sweet potato (maybe 1 -2x a month)
- Dried seaweed
- celery ( I love almond butter and celery)
- Lara Bars (Coconut Cream Pie is my favorite)
- Coconut Bliss Coconut Ice Cream
