Tomato Basil Chicken and Broccoli

Thaw and cook: 
1 1/4pound of chicken tenderloins- cooked in pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
While the chicken is cooking add in:
3 chopped up tomatoes
1 chopped up white onion
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through and veggies are soft-
Serves 2-3.

Side with broccoli! 
I cooked mine on a grill pan with sea salt-
