Preheat oven to 350
Mix in a bowl:
1/3 cup oil- I used olive
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix this well so that it looks like chocolate syrup
In a separate bowl mix:
2 oz unsweetned apple sauce
2 droppers of vanilla stevia- (if you don't have this you can just use a little more of the maple syrup or another sweetener)
1 tbsp coconut milk
2 tsbp 100% maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut flour
mix until all clumps are gone!
Once the clumps are gone mix in the chocolate mixture.
Pour into an 8x8 greased baking pan.
Use olive oil.
PAM is NOT paleo!
Bake for 20 min or until fork comes out clean when poked through the middle
