1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup chopped almonds
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp walnut oil
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut crystals dissolved into 2 tbsp of water
1 dropper of vanilla stevia
Mix up all of the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Then add in the honey, oil, and coconut crystals. Mix together so that some of the mixture starts to make little clumps.
Place the mixture in a baking pan and spread out evenly. Last, fill the vanilla stevia dropper and put little drops all over the mixture until empty.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes then transfer into tupperware.
You can enjoy this as a snack, or you can use 1/2 cup of the mixture with some almond/coconut milk and enjoy some "cereal." It is delicious!
