Ingredients:
Coconut water (separated from the cream)
1 tbsp Raw coconut crystals (if you want it sweeter you can do 2 tbsp)
Liquid Vanilla Stevia
Directions:
Take the creme out of the coconut milk (can) and pour the water into a bowl
Next measure out 1tbsp coconut crystals and mix into the coconut water
Top off with 1/2-1 dropper full of the liquid vanilla stevia
Mix together and put in the microwave for 30-40 seconds before topping on your pancakes.
If you want it thicker, just add in a small scoop or two of the coconut cream.
Here is a photo of the liquid stevia (which has nothing artificial added) and the raw coconut crystals. If you live in the VA Beach area, I get these at the Organic Food Depot
