Caesar Salad Dressing

***warning: can be spicy


4-5 cloves of garlic

1 ½ tbsp anchovy paste

1/4 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 egg yolks

1 c olive oil

2 tbsp almond meal

Sea salt

Black pepper


Blend garlic in blender or food processor until minced. Add seasonings, paste, vinegar, lemon juice, almond meal and egg yolks. Blend again until it is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Lightly drizzle over a salad, not much is needed! You should have plenty of leftovers.
