Egg Drop Soup

Made with Love by Jackie
Servings: 1-2
Ingredients:
1 cup of broth- either chicken or turkey: making sure there are NO artifical ingredients, no sugar added or salt.  SEA salt is okay
1/2 cup of water
2-3 oz of chopped up/shredded chicken (already cooked)
1/4 tsp minced garlic
dash of ginger
1/4 tsp caraway
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs

Directions:
Put everything but the eggs into a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
While it is boiling whisk together the two eggs in a separate bowl.
After the soup has boiled for 3-4 min, take off burner and immediately pour in the eggs- slowly.
As you slowly pour them in, use the whisk to slowly stir the eggs, they will "ribbon"

Immediately pour into a bowl- use sea salt and pepper before you serve. Add as much as needed for your taste/liking.

Substitutions:
You can make this without the chicken.
You can use turkey instead of chicken.
You can also add in 1/3 cup chopped/shredded spinach (frozen)- I like this add in a lot!
