Crock Pot Curry Stew

Ingredients to be placed into crock pot: 
10 chicken tenders (frozen)
2 chopped tomatoes 
1/2 cabbage chopped 
1 small yellow onion chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
8oz can of bamboo shoots

Ingredients to be mixed in a seperate bowl: 
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp curry powder (yellow)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
Once these are all mixed together, taste test and if you need to add more curry or more spices to your liking, go ahead! Then pour the mixture on top- no need to stir for a couple of hours. 

Set your crock pot to low and cook 4.5-5 hours, then either set to warm or turn off. 
You can mix it after its been sitting for about 2-3 hours.
