1 lb Chicken
Spinach
Asparagus
Paprika
Sea Salt
Pepper
Dill Weed
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Directions:
On medium heat place chicken in pan with a tsp of olive oil. Spread the chicken out evenly.
The spices aren't science in this one: Using the Dillweed, cover all of the chicken with a thin layer, do the same with the paprika.
It will look like this:
Very lightly, add in sea-salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Let cook until half the chicken is white, then flip each piece.
Do the SAME exact thing on the other side- then layer on top 1 cup frozen spinach, and 24 spears of asparagus. Cover and let sit until chicken is cooked through and veggies are hot!
Top with 1/2 a fresh tomato
