Fruit Salad (with a twist)

These ingredients added to a fruit salad can give it some extra flavor. Fruit is good on it's own but tastes even better like this.....

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 sprigs of mint, chopped (I cut the leaves with kitchen scissors)

Mix into any fruit salad. I often use cantaloupe, strawberries, and mango for this too. The fruit salad pictured includes 1 honeydew, 5 kiwis, and 3c. of green grapes. I suggest using fruit that does not brown when left sitting.
